"DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE, will change monthly amount without notifying. Will give you unwanted discounts to gain business then will remove discount upon renewal in hopes you will continue to stay with company. Was provided 3 different dollar amounts for 3 months in a row. Their office needs more training on customer service and how to handle an upset customer. Greg hung up the phone on me when I was frustrated about his office. Cancelled a car on my policy and added another one, was given multi car discount even though I removed my 1st car from policy and was advised it would be this price going forward. Paid 1 month at said price then next month price went back high and all I was told was we removed multi car discount. Would have been nice if I had known I had this discount, but was unaware as I removed a vehicle and added a new one. So how does that qualify for multi car? As stated above they will give you a false monthly payment to get you to sign up and afterwards will begin to change without notification. Stay clear of Greg."
